Covenants
The restrictive covenants recorded for plats 1 and 5 are now available in electronic format (see links below). These documents were scanned electronically and optical character recognition was applied; this is not a perfect process and minor errors may have been introduced thereby. In case of a disagreement between the electronic version and the version recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds, the version held by the county will be considered correct. |
